The number one objective for Art by Littlejohn is to provide each and every customer with a friendly, effortless, and value oriented experience. For the convenience of our customers, shipping and insurance shipping will be handled by the proprietor. Orders are shipped with standard carriers such as UPS, Federal Express or the Post Office at the discretion of Art by Littlejohn unless specified differently by the customer. Assistance with obtaining deliveries is supplied by Art by Littlejohn whenever possible.
With exception to shipping Internationally, Alaska and Hawaii destinations, an email including a tracking number or shipping date will be sent to the email address you provided to us with your order. Most orders are shipped within two to six weeks upon receipt of payment when ordering. Based upon the volume of orders or print-time notification, could take slightly longer in which case the customer will be notified of any delays immediately.
Customers should check in orders and report any claims for damage, shipment damage or other errors with 48 hours of receipt. Claims for shipping damage must be made with the freight carrier according to the freight company rules (normally shippers require the recipient to file any claim for damage.) Art by Littlejohn will assist customers with any claim in any way possible. Customers must keep all original packaging while filling a claim with the shipping company or with Art by Littlejohn.
Claims
Claims against Art by Littlejohn are authorized by the owner. In the case that Art by Littlejohn is responsible for any shortage, damage or incorrect product, you may request replacements be sent immediately by UPS Ground or other shipper of Art by Littlejohn choice. Any damaged product should be made available to be returned to Art by Littlejohn for inspection before credit is authorized, and should only be discarded or destroyed at the request of Art by Littlejohn. All original shipments are weighed for accuracy where shipped and weights are recorded for proof of completion. For quality assurance, phone conversations and written documentation are recorded to assure the integrity of every transaction.
Deadlines and Delivery Problems Out of Our Control.
It is the responsibility of the customer to order in a timely fashion and to have someone available to receive each shipment. Customers are responsible for selecting carriers and ordering in time to meet any self imposed deadlines or deadlines imposed by their associates. Any re-shipments that are deemed necessary to be made by OVERNIGHT or EXPEDITED freight carriers must be paid for by the customer. Art by Littlejohn is not responsible for mis-deliveries caused by the shipping company or its policies. We recommend always shipping to an address where someone will be there to accept delivery. We can not honor, so please do not ask us to meet deadlines or expectations that are not outlined as part of our normal operating procedures.
Returns
For each original frames were chosen for that particular painting. No exchanges or returns will be granted if the customer is unsatisfied with the frame in which the original is sold. Giclee Prints and Prints on Paper are NOT FRAMED. All sales are final. For questions as to frame type and color, you may contact the proprietor by email and we will promptly answer any question that you may have.
